Tom doesn't beat around the bush I have had less than great experiences with other service managers. Georgi spent almost 30 minutes with me showing me the interior and features of the Bolt and answered all of my questions about electric vehicles in general verses traditional gas powered vehicles. He offered to take me for a test drive but I was on my way to a dinner engagement so told him I would return. I was able to schedule a return visit for a test drive two days later. When I arrived, Georgi was with another customer but he had arranged for another associate to take care of me. Everyone I dealt with at Courtesy Chevrolet was very helpful, friendly and most importantly, not pushy. They made my car buying experience enjoyable. More

First, when the dealership contacted me to inquire whether I needed service, I told the caller that the weatherstipping on the driver's side door needed replacing and that one should be obtained before I came in so I would not have to make a second trip. It was not there at the time my vehicle got serviced. Second, I had my windshield wipers replaced, but one of the replacements still leaves streak after use. More
