DID NOT SOLVE PROBLEM BUT CREATED ONE FOR ME. Got notice from Courtesy Chevrolet about faultyness or connections regarding battery and to make appointment for service. After leaving car with them ALL DAY what they told me is that it ;was ok and then it wan not and I had a faulty battery and it would cost me over $279 to replace. I got my car CERTIFIED CAR in late June 2018. So if it was certified and they new there was a problem and sent me a letter then why was it not replaced by them at no cost to me??????? I was not watching what they did so I can not rate service. But I got this vehicle because it was certified by dealer so I was not satisfied with what happened. And to just tell me batteries fail is just a stupid answer to me. Gads do you think woman are stupid....and that is not a question its a statement . Offer me a discount on the replacement battery first and get it done quickly not hand me information I already know. More

Engine light My engine light came on. I called in to Courtesy, Tom Boggess, and was able to bring in my car the very next day. The problem was easily detected and My engine light came on. I had a busy work day scheduled, so they provided a loaner vehicle to get me to my clients without delay. The car was repaired in one day and now I'm back with my car running perfectly.
