I accursed Ralph one time of trying to squeeze money out of me. After I had done my researched of my problem I found out the Ralph was right and only looking out for my interest. I had to go back eat crow and apologize to Ralph. My dealer has always looked out for me and treated me right. Ralph has always done the right thing. This is the only place I get my truck serviced. The several vehicles I have owned over these years were always repaired correctly the first time - I never had to take my over 20 years. He is great. Larry Cook is the nicest services rep. I have met. He has a great sense of humor. Once he found a dead rat in one of my hub caps and told me it didn't survice the ride.
