To whom it may concern, I would like to share my experience trying to get service completed on my 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. On these cars, General Motors offers the first oil change free of charg experience trying to get service completed on my 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. On these cars, General Motors offers the first oil change free of charge. In early June 2024, I scheduled my first service on my car with Courtesy Chevrolet. Even though this was not the closest GM dealership to me, I knew they were one of the most tenured dealerships in the Phoenix metro area. This assessment led me to believe that they should be one of the most experienced and best. My appointment was scheduled for June 10th 2024.Shortly after dropping the vehicle off, the Service Writer (David) came into the waiting area and advised me that even though my vehicle dash was indicating that it was time for an oil change (approx. 800 to 900 miles)there were not enough miles on the car to complete the no charge service. He assured me that I could bring the vehicle back for the free service when I had more miles on the vehicle. I told David that after driving 30 miles downtown to have the oil change done, I wanted it done even if I had to pay for the service. After this, he confessed that they could not complete the service because they did not have the oil filter in stock. I asked David, why did they schedule my vehicle for an oil change when they didn't even have what they needed to complete the work? He said he was sorry but again he assured me that I could bring the vehicle back at a later date for the complimentary service. He never advised me of a deadline date on the service and I never thought anything of it because I had initially brought the vehicle in plenty early to have it completed. Since I drive the vehicle very little, I did not return to have the oil changed until early May 2026 (1400 total miles). Again the car's dash was indicating that it was time for an oil change again. Instead of taking the vehicle so far to a dealership that I really no longer trusted, I called Auto Nation on Bell Road. After some discussion over the phone, they advised me that the first oil change would be free. When I arrived, the Service Writer told me that the oil change would no longer be handled free of charge because I had waited too long to bring it in. I explained to him what had happened with Courtesy and that I had taken the car in early enough and they didn't have what was needed to accomplish the work. I also told him I had not been advised of a deadline. He said I would need to take my concern up with Courtesy Chevrolet. I understood that AutoNation had no fault in this, they were just following protocol. When I got home, I spent much time calling, texting, and talking with representatives of Courtesy Chevrolet. I carefully explained exactly what had happened and why I believed they still owed me a complementary service. On May 7, 2026 I received a call back from Courtesy's Customer Care Rep. advising me that she had spoken to their Service Manager and that they were not going to cover the cost of anything, take it up with General Motors. The cost of the service was not so much of an issue to me as the fact that I believed they should have stepped up for the errors they had made and make it right. That's what quality customer service would look like to me. Considering that Courtesy Chevrolet currently only have a 2.5 out of 5 star customer service rating, I'm sure my low rating/evaluation has no real effect on their customer base or lack there of, but I still believed it worth my time to help others make quality decisions based on others experiences, and possibly avoid the frustration that I have incurred dealing with this company. Had a horrible experience my first visit to service center. My experience with Finanace was terrific and did everything it took to get the job done and that’s who I would want on my team every time. My second visit to service center was ok, I booked a service in april and 3 days later it was deleted and after I complained on a review “the appointment came back lol” but anyway my experience when I arrived was decent and feel Victor was decent as well and didn’t have an attitude at all. For what they had to do “service center wasn’t that long either” oil change and filter was done and tire rotation and etc. One thing I don’t like is the “acting like they so busy feel” from victor, rushing the customer feeling. It’s kinda like you don’t want to ask them a question because they acting like they heading to brain surgery but all customers in that case is there to get brain surgery if you get my drift. The lady manager of finance was so nice to my wife and always says how pretty she dresses and then I saw her offer a guys daughter a snack while they waited to finish their dads deal, these are great signs of leadership and understanding the building is standing because customers come in. I will be back soon for air filter change because it smells like old mildew, so I will review that experience throughly. Overall people coming and going who work there - they speak and seem cool. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism. On the service side Zach was so great! I brought my Camaro in for regular servicing and he took care of it. I felt very accommodated and factory diagnostics, as well as maintenance was done so quickly. Then next week I took my convertible top down and when I went to close it again, the top latch on the driver’s side didn’t latch correctly and so there was a huge gap and didn’t close flush with the car surface. I was upset and I called Zach and said I hardly ever take the top down and now it won’t close properly. I told him I thought it must’ve happened when I was in for servicing the week before. He was professional and said it wouldn’t have been during the service but he would have it checked. He arranged transportation home and back to the dealership for me and he had it fixed same day! So I went from being upset to being a happy camper! Since my husband passed, I have relied on Courtesy Chevrolet for helping me with my vehicles. We have bought a couple of Chevys through the years and I appreciate Courtesy training their service associates and hiring really knowledgeable and helpful people with extensive experience with vehicle service. Zach was also so kind and had good old fashioned courtesy. I feel safe and secure bringing my vehicles to Courtesy Chevrolet.thank you again Zach! More

Terrible place to buy a car! My wife and I wanted a 2025 suburban. We went in and asked for the sales associate and after waiting a few minutes another sales associate came to show us the car. We walked over to where he thought it was and we couldn’t find it. He looked up the stock number and said it was there come to find out the CFO of the dealership is driving it around as a “demo” where he drives it around to put miles on it for some unknown reason and it would be back in 4 days! How do you have 5 appointments to see it if it is not even there? The sales associate said he does that sometimes and doesn’t tell them. So they have cars listed on the website that may or may not be there. I told them how unprofessional it was wasting my time and what a jerk the CFO is. I won’t be back ever! More
