After couple months, my suburban start to get some issues in different ways. Gasoline pump fail. Some technical issues in sound system, and more. Las time when I’d bring my suburban to dealer to fix all the issues, was so hard to get a rental as warranty included. Then, I was not get a good customer service. My vehicle was not repair completly. I’ll be back to finish it. Spending time was so hard for me, because I have a business, can not leave my business often alone. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Silverado from Courtesy Chevrolet in 2016. In 2025, while preparing to trade it in, a Carfax pulled by another dealer revealed the truck had been in a pretty seriou Courtesy Chevrolet in 2016. In 2025, while preparing to trade it in, a Carfax pulled by another dealer revealed the truck had been in a pretty serious accident affecting both the front and rear of the vehicle, with an airbag deployment in early 2016 — months before my purchase. This was never disclosed by Courtesy at the time of sale. Airbag deployment is a major safety issue and should have disqualified it from being sold as a CPO vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, Courtesy admitted the truck should not have been certified and acknowledged that a disclosure should have been signed at the time of sale. Despite this, they offered me less than a reasonable amount to resolve the issue — not taking into account the financial harm I endured over 8 years of ownership, including the vehicle’s diminished value. I’m sharing this to warn others: do not rely solely on the CPO label — always pull your own Carfax and inspect everything before buying. I trusted the CPO process and paid a premium for it — and ended up with a vehicle that never should’ve qualified as certified. More
