Their competition down the road from me couldn't even get my car in for a week Doug Smith was able to get my vehicle in and repaired on the same day! Totally amazing experience, he had me in a loaner car and out the door in about 15 minutes, called to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and even though I could see their service department was very busy, had my car done that same day!
