The sales persons, David B and Steve R were very " Volt savvy" and were able to readily answer all questions and concerns about driving and owning this kind of vehicle. Because of their enthusiasm, the choice was made with confidence. It still took us long to decide when the time was right to actually make the change. No one pushed me, and always made available direct contact info if questions came up. And when I did call or email they responded quickly with answers. Who doesn't dread paperwork day, long ugh. Not so bad here. I got to drive and get instruction in my new "space age" car, was made comfortable, offered water etc while waiting, was introduced to those I would be working with and even though all were busy, I never once felt hurried. MIsty who handled the financing and paperwork (the ugh) part, was friendly, really knew her details and explained precisely. We sailed through the process, and wallah, it was done... Best car experience ever, I actually had fun and will look forward to instead of dreading trips back for servicing and so on to see my "new friends". They have customer service attitude right, the place is immaculate, and there is a cafe if you need something. What more could you ask for? When I called, I told him I was interested their current advertised promotion. I wanted a 2014 Equinox, however, I had to go out of town for a few days, and the only day I had available come in was the following Monday. I also told him that my Husband was in a wheelchair and because of health reasons he would initially not be with me, but I would go pick him up when it came time to sign the paperwork. Dana took all the necessary information to get the ball rolling. We spoke over the phone several times while I was out of town. Dana Batchan is an exceptional salesperson. His professionalism, experience and expertise made the entire stressful car buying experience go very smoothly. I found the perfect car, at a great price! Also, to save my husband the physical hardship of a 1 hour drive into Phoenix, Dana Batchan went over and above the call of duty; he brought the papers to our house for my husband to sign.
