Huge Thanks to Cory, he helped me get my Dream Car I’ve always wanted. He didn’t try to push me into getting anything else I didn’t want. He listened to what I wanted and helped make it happen! Marcus in F always wanted. He didn’t try to push me into getting anything else I didn’t want. He listened to what I wanted and helped make it happen! Marcus in Finance also did all he could to help me get an affordable rate and the right deal for me with the Banks. Being a Woman going to a car lot on your own, most of the time ppl will try to get over on you. And these men did not at all. They were very helpful and was sure to help me make the right decision. So thank you both so much. I really appreciate you both. More

I want to acknowledge and praise the integrity and transparency of Cody Redford (Service Advisor) and Fernando (Technician) during a service appointment. An unexpected event occurred during a battery transparency of Cody Redford (Service Advisor) and Fernando (Technician) during a service appointment. An unexpected event occurred during a battery replacement portion. A 150 amp fuse box was blown due to cable arcing to the seat back. Both of them immediately explained what had happened (visual parts) and corrected the components (some acquiring from other locations) quickly and efficiently. Taking responsibility for ones actions is a great quality for these two folks not seen everyday. Thank you again. See you next trip. More

This dealership is an absolute joke and a total scam. They boast about having the highest customer service rating, which is absolutely not true and quite frankly, impossible. Especially with sales people They boast about having the highest customer service rating, which is absolutely not true and quite frankly, impossible. Especially with sales people like Jeff Bonner. I have family members and friends/co-workers that are in the market for Ram trucks and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and have them stay clear. Back in December of 2020, I was in the market to purchase a new Dodge Ram Rebel 1500. I heard good things about Chrysler Dodge Courtesy Superstition Springs from coworkers who had purchased vehicles from this dealership. I spoke to a salesman and negotiated prices and they agreed to cover shipping fees. They sent over an invoice and requested a signature to be sent back. The dealership also requested a down payment to hold the vehicle since I was out of state and purchasing via telephone. I signed the invoice and gave my credit card information for the deposit. The following morning, the finance department contacted me, ran my credit, worked out the final price of the vehicle and prepped my paperwork. I was told that they would be contacting their third party notary company to finalize the paperwork because I live out of state. In the afternoon, I was contacted by “Maverick Signings” stating that they were assigned to my purchase. The notary stated she should receive the documents shortly and wanted to setup an appointment to sign my finance paperwork from the dealership. The following day, I received a phone call from Jeff Bonner, who sincerely apologized for his mistake as they accidentally sold the vehicle that I had already placed a deposit on and waiting to purchase. I can only assume that this was because they were able to sell it to someone else for a higher price. Their excuse was that they have several dealerships and that it was a systemic error. That one of their dealerships sold the truck to someone who walked into the dealership because it wasn’t flagged in the system as purchased. If this were actually the case, this would happen all the time and they would have figured out a different system by now. My assumption is that an error was made and they tried to cover it up with excuses and lies. Jeff Bonner attempted to find a similar trucks within a certain radius to trade to make the deal. There were no vehicles close enough in proximity for them to trade with another dealership due to the cost of shipping being too high, so the solution they came up with was ordering an identical truck directly from the manufacturer. This was fine, except for the fact that it would take up to 3 months for me to get my truck that I should’ve received in December of 2020. I requested to finalize the purchase and make the contract complete for the NEW truck. Jeff Bonner stated I did not need to and assured me several times that I would be satisfied with this solution and the price of the truck would remain the same. We had a verbal agreement that I would pay the same price that was originally negotiated, which should be obvious. I waited over 3 months for the new truck to be assembled and delivered to the dealership. I received a call from the dealership stating the truck has been delivered and that they wanted me to sign a new invoice paperwork for the truck purchase. However, after reviewing the invoice the price was nearly $10,000 higher from our original negotiated price of the original truck. After going back and forth with Jeff Bonner, he claims that the original rebates and employee pricing are no longer available so they can’t honor the first price that was guaranteed. After stating our original agreement, he claims that the dealership is unable to do the original deal because they would lose too much money on it. I requested to speak to their GM and spoke with Randy Pierson who would not honor the original price of the first truck even though I have a signed invoice agreement and multiple expressed promises from Jeff Bonner. I understand that mistakes happen. When they convinced me to stay with their dealership and wait several months to get the truck that I had originally purchased, they assured me that I would be taken care of and pay the price that was originally agreed upon (a no-brainer). I could have easily went to another dealership and took advantage of the rebates back in December and January. In all honestly, I believe the deal should be even better due to the mistakes that were made I would also like to add that I sold my car after I bought the truck back in December, and my family of four has only had one car for several months. The fact that they want to charge me $10,000 more than I was going to originally pay while trying to convince me that they are giving me a good deal is offensive, laughable, criminal and just plain bad business. They eventually brought down the price even more, but it was still almost $3,000 more than the original price. All I wanted was my truck with the original negotiated price and they refused to do that. I'm still currently without a truck due to the low supply of vehicles due to the current market and premium prices. More
