Second time and second vehicle in this repair shop and will never do it again.. this time was my 2020 ram needing front end suspension work. Dropped it January 11th didn't get it back till Feb 20th!! All will never do it again.. this time was my 2020 ram needing front end suspension work. Dropped it January 11th didn't get it back till Feb 20th!! All the usual bull crap run around of needing new control arms and gear rack that needed ordered. Then it was a part they said they had and it wasn't there after all so had to order that too... then it got lost in transit and took 2 more weeks to get!! After month of texting and calling about updates I was offered a rental with 50 dollar a day on the shops dime, but I still pay for gas and insurance while waiting almost 2 more weeks.. so I will never bring any other vehicle back to this service shop and don't think anyone else should either unless you just want a oil change or something simple. I have never submitted a review before but as I have had quite the string of issues with Courtesy CDR I need to at least get all of the issues off my chest and out for others as a warning. Purchased a tr quite the string of issues with Courtesy CDR I need to at least get all of the issues off my chest and out for others as a warning. Purchased a truck in ‘16 and had upgraded mirrors added as we owe yet when they came in I was informed they were more expensive than expected and I had to half the cost or they would not install them, I was out $800. When they went to install the mirrors, the glass was broken. It took three more tries before they received mirrors without broken glass and each time I had to take time off work and drive in before finding out they were bad and I would have to try again. I called for an appointment with the service department for my ‘99 jeep and had it towed to their location. After arriving I was informed they do not work on older vehicles but would check. The next day they called back and confirmed I was out of luck as they will not work on anything earlier than ‘06 so I would have to arrange to get it towed elsewhere. When I arrived I found my jeep down the street parked on the curb with the window open and both doors unlocked. I bumped into a manager from another location while they were trying to find my key. I explained the issue and he started to look into it as he also did not understand what I had been told. In the end they did work on the jeep and did a great job but all of the confusion and stress was completely unnecessary and shows again how difficult things are at Courtesy CDR. In ‘22 I was debating between a Power Wagon or Black Widow. At the time the Off Road pages was the deciding factor as it was a feature I really wanted. I was promised by the sales department, who did consult with the service department, that if I purchased the Black Widow they could install the Off Road pages. After a number of trips back to the service department and working with the sales team, service, customer service, service technicians who all continued to state it was possible after 2 months the story changed and I was told it's not possible as it's a factory option that is only on the Power Wagons and TRX. So I was now stuck with a vehicle that did not have the features that I wanted or was promised. To try and make up for the broken promises, I was told I could work with the parts department and order anything, aftermarket or not, that I wanted for the truck and I would get it and installation at cost. After working for almost a month with the parts department I was now told they could not do anything for me with the exception of 1 part which would take 4 months or more to get it. Again broken promises. During all of this I was reviewing the purchase documents and realized I was double charged for a number of items totaling over $1000. They did refund me but it does go to show that everyone should be very careful to ensure all charges are correct. As I now had a vehicle that I did not have the features that I wanted or was promised I started looking into trading it in and found that no other dealer will recognise the ‘Black Widow’ package. Even though it is sold via the dealer it is considered aftermarket and not reflected on price values. They will only view a $90K vehicle as a $55k Bighorn. This should have been disclosed before I made the purchase. As a final attempt for Courtesy CDR to make things right after all of these issues I went back again. They are currently offering a used ‘22 Power Wagon with all the features that I was looking at last year for $66k. I offered to do a straight across trade my Black Widow (already completely paid off) for that Power Wagon. They came back and said I would have to bring an additional $12k to the table and they were “stepping on their d***s” to get me that deal. I really didn't appreciate how this was phrased or handled knowing all the issues I have had. Unfortunately it took a lot of money, time, and frustration for me to realize I just needed to stay away from Courtesy CDR and would recommend others proceed with caution. More
