My salesman Mike Dunlap was great. He did a great job of showing me the different options and was very friendly. The dealership as a whole was very vague regarding price of the vehicle. It was an insult and had Mike not been so friendly I would have left and gone to another dealership at that time. Mike is the only reason I bought from your dealership. My wife and I will be in the market for a new Grand Cherokee soon but I will take the time to visit other dealerships first to see if I can avoid the price runaround that I experienced this time. I just wanted to find out how much they would give us on two trade ins for one new vehicle. I was kept there for over 5 hours and the numbers just kept changing. Back & forth... we went for hours. They first said they could get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership, then began to push one of their inventory on me, which I clearly stated I did not want. Well, after I finally left, I felt I had wasted an entire day and that they were just doing what they could to confuse me & get me to take their car off the lot. Being female doesn't help in these situations, no matter what I said, they had a comeback. I don't know how these people can go to bed at night with a clean conscience. Watch out- typical greasy car dealers. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time. Lesson learned the hard way. More
