Finance manager was very rude. Super high pressure to purchase a warranty. Closing the deal ran us until about 9:30. When deal was done and walking out my wife said “sorry it took Super high pressure to purchase a warranty. Closing the deal ran us until about 9:30. When deal was done and walking out my wife said “sorry it took so long” and his response in a snarky tone was “no you’re not” as he continued to walk past her like we were totally inconveniencing him. Totally unacceptable behavior all because we didn’t purchase a warranty. Good thing we didn’t get there later. Can’t imagine how his attitude would have been towards us then. More
