I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mi I walked into Courtesy Mitsubishi on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away, by Tony Machado. I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mirage, " to see if I hate it.". He took me right to one, gave me time to peek and poke at the one in the showroom, then offered me a test drive. He quickly located one with the equipment I was asking about and navigated us on a ride that included back roads and highway. Back at the dealership Tony took his time answering my questions and we tortured the manager a bit, as it was the last day of the month. Tony made the whole process painless. Now, usually this is where these stories go really sideways, with the business manager,F&I guy. Nope. Not this time. Tim turned out to be a good guy too. 0.0% for 48 months and no games with the paperwork. I've had the car a week now, they got it registered and inspected for me. When I went back for my registration and sticker I met three more friendly faces in the service department. This place is clearly the twilight zone of the car business and nothing goes as badly as you have come to expect from the car business! Just buy a car here, from Tony. More
