Routine oil change. Had a couple of concerns heat takes a long time to reach temperature sales people could not supply me with a loaner car which is very disappointing used car dealerships supply loaner cars long time to reach temperature sales people could not supply me with a loaner car which is very disappointing used car dealerships supply loaner cars I bought a brand new car and I can’t get a loaner not blaming the service department was led to believe it was out of his control i believed him he seemed sincere. They checked my car and told me they couldn’t find a problem after a diagnostic check but it shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes to get heat but when the heat finally comes up it blows you out of the car. Also lazy transmission on take off first thing in the am I’m hoping that in the future when things go really wrong notes have been kept so it’s not an issue when it finally breaks. More
