Service light on, told me it was ready to pu, service light still on, left it again service light still on after 2nd repair and I had to pay 150.00 to have IDD unlocked as the mechanic didn't use it and light still on, left it again service light still on after 2nd repair and I had to pay 150.00 to have IDD unlocked as the mechanic didn't use it and car was off for 3 days there was no way they knew if light was off or still on. Brought my Chevy truck in for warranty service to have a new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over t new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over to a Chevy dealership to have the necessary repairs completed. When the other dealership was not performing as they should Courtesy Mitsubishi did everything they could to correct the issue and worked diligently to make sure I was a happy customer. Which included many phone calls and numerous trips to the dealer. I was very happy with the effort they put into my vehicle and the constant updates and help navigating through this. More
