They illegally sold me a vehicle while not in possession of the physical title, this led to my temp plate expiring and the vehicle becoming undrivable. When I went to discuss this with Taylor he became host of the physical title, this led to my temp plate expiring and the vehicle becoming undrivable. When I went to discuss this with Taylor he became hostile, refused to sign my Formal 30 Day Consumer Demand Letter and threw me out of the dealership, he then followed me through the show room and out into the parking lot being aggressive in nature the e tire time while threatening to call the cops on me. I now have a truck I’m paying for that I can’t drive and a dealership I’m not allowed at to get a resolution, was forced to hire an attorney and file a 93A suit against them just to try and get my truck registered. More
