The service department is always professional and courteous haven’t had a bad experience with them and I’ve serviced 2 vehicles here. Bill Brown the service manager thought it could of been a stress crack so he went out of his way to contact Mitsubishi to see if the factory would help me. They did the repair at no cost to me.Extremely happy that service went out of their way to help me.Overwhelmed with relief that I didn’t have to pay for a very expensive repair. More

The sales team was excellent, the service was also excellent as was the financial team. I do however have a problem. As it turns out what I thought was an extended warranty turns out to be an agreement to cover a large bucket of engine parts that I will probably never use at a cost to me of about $4,000. That's a problem to me. I went back to Courtesy and asked for more information on what was covered I walked away with nothing. I went to the service department and asked for more information and again walked away with nothing. I'm 63 years old and have learned that if it's not in writing you don't get it. I am also disabled living on SS. With that being said, Courtesy PROVE ME WRONG. Is labor or electrical or electronics A/C or fuel systems or anything else covered? Show me in writing and put me at ease. I get calls every day about extended warranty's I need to know weather or not I've been mislead so I can buy what I need. Thank You in advance. More

Let me start by saying that I am a mother of three children ages 13 down to 2 years old. My credit is horrible and I was sick of buying a car for two grand that only lasted me a few months before I ha children ages 13 down to 2 years old. My credit is horrible and I was sick of buying a car for two grand that only lasted me a few months before I had to pay a ton fixing it. My issue was nobody would even try to help me once they saw my credit score which was 580s- 590s. Courtesy Mitsubishi was different. Originally I spoke with Hannah who worked in the internet department and she made me feel like their was hope. I almost didn’t go into their Attleboro location because everyone always says to come in and they would see what they could do to help me usually never worked out. I’m so glad I didn’t psych myself out because I went in and I spoke to Tony and sales and he also made me feel a little glimmer of hope. I told him my situation and not only did he want to help me he and his supervisor Miguel went above and beyond for me they continued to go back and forth with the bank for about a week until they got the big OKAY. I’ve never appreciated anyone I’ve just met more in my life. I am now driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and building my credit. I spoke with Tony daily he always made sure to tell me everything that was going on. Courtesy Mitsubishi cares about their customers and wants to make sure everyone is happy. A ginormous Thank you to Tony, Miguel, Hannah and the whole Mitsubishi team for never giving up on me and helping me prove that everyone deserves a chance. If you’re looking for a reliable car and are afraid to try financing because of your credit score they’re the place to go.
