Bill was unprofessional and rude for no reason, I took my car to check on a high pitched noise they were making and everyone was hearing it except him, he didn’t even bothered on fully checking them, took me car to check on a high pitched noise they were making and everyone was hearing it except him, he didn’t even bothered on fully checking them, took me for a ride on my car and they were clearly making the loud noise and he kept saying he couldn’t hear anything, I had to go to Jeff my sales man so he can tell somebody else to have a second opinion and then that person heard it immediately, took my car, put some lube in the brakes and the noise stoped, Bill kept claiming hes been doing brakes for 20 years, well clearly he’s been doing them wrong for 20 years, But the rest of the staff were super helpful specially Jeff and the second Mechanic More

Your front desk staff needs to remember that customers can hear the underhanded comments they make. Not everyone can drop thousands on overpriced services at the drop of a hat.
