Since I already had the finance aspect taken care of, the process was completed within a short time. "Staff were friendly and down to earth." NOT SO GOOD POINTS: I drove three hours to get the vehicle and contacted Mark before leaving to ensure everything would be lined up. When I arrived, the vehicle was not detailed as expected. There was a newspaper, coathanger and matches still left inside and the drivers side mat had dirt on it as if it had been driven recently. The vehicle had 400 more miles on it than originally posted and the truck was on empty. I informed Mark of these issues and when he went to get gas he only filled it to a half a tank. I also think the smoking area for employees shouldn't be at the front doors since this is where your going to give the first impression to customers. Since I have purchased a new vehicle every two years since I was eighteen, I would say they would get the lowest ranking of past experiences. More

Everyone in the sales and accessories departments was very friendly and helpful. We have no way of knowing whether we got a good price or not since statistics are not available as to how much others have very friendly and helpful. We did find that after the sale the service department was absolutely horrible. We called ahead to see if we could get the beeping noise for the remote door lock/unlock turned off. We were told it would take 5 minutes so just stop by anytime. When we arrived at the service department after waiting in the vehicle for 15 minutes and not being approched by anyone my husband went inside. He was VERY RUDELY told to go wait in the truck. It was at least another 10 minutes before a very annoyed employee walked over and while my husband was trying to explain what we wantted done (very simple) said that's not possible it's part of the alarm system. It took a long arguement with this individual before he would shut up long enough for us to explain what we needed. Then we were told by him that it would be at least two hours before someone could get to it. He then walked away and was no where to be found so we were never able to get this individuals name. We went into the dealership to complain and Shelly in the accessories department was very helpful and immediately addressed our issue and had the beep turned off in just a few minutes. Jerry also tried to assist us, but we were unable to located the rude service department individual. We would like to thank them both again for being attentive to our needs. Unfortunately we pre-paid for a service agreement and are hoping that we do not run into this individual again. We will have major issues if this is the treatment we get when arriving for every oil change and routine service! More
