Get it together, Service Department! Knowing I’d likely have the opportunity to write a survey, I took notes for this visit. I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile ToyotaCare checkup Knowing I’d likely have the opportunity to write a survey, I took notes for this visit. I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile ToyotaCare checkup after receiving a reminder email from the dealership. When I made the appointment I requested a courtesy vehicle. I arrived at the dealership expecting a bit of craziness as the site is under major construction. From the time I pulled my car into the service area, I spent 13 minutes standing beside my vehicle, waiting to be greeted. Finally a service advisor came over, got the pertinent info, then told me I’d be unable to use a courtesy vehicle since my auto insurance wouldn’t pay for it. This was not a good experience, and every bit of the negatives could have been avoided if the dealership would have called after I made the appointment, and if someone would have greeted me promptly upon my arrival. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they were quick to address the bare essentials of the maintenance I requested. More

Cloak and Dagger specialists! This is a real cloak and dagger dealership. I was here a week ago (11/25) and spent 8 hours here, because of being short staffed. Our salesman Rodney This is a real cloak and dagger dealership. I was here a week ago (11/25) and spent 8 hours here, because of being short staffed. Our salesman Rodney was great and kept us updated as to what was going on, but this was only the beginning. After waiting for finance for 3 hours. We go back into finance and are told the deal was done. The following week 3 times a day for the whole week I left messages because my credit was ran two to three times daily for a week straight. At this point I called and demanded to speak to someone because I have left messages and done all due process. My wife has had the vehicle a week and at this point I’m told I may have to bring the vehicle back, after my wife has accepted this vehicle as hers. I call and plead to have this finished after my credit has been ran through the ringers and the sales manager Dan says he spoke with the GM and they got the deal handled for me. I was so happy they worked it out, but had to come resign. When we get to the office we’re then told we have to lease which we made very clear we didn’t want to do, or give the vehicle back. This place is a nightmare to work with and will put you in a vehicle then switch the deal around because they know you want it, and make it work to their advantage. HEY DAN I MADE IT IN BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH, just so you could meet your sales goal. Thanks. More
