Incompetent Salesman totally incompetent (Michael White) Didn’t even know car features and that the new models turn off when you are not moving and stopped. Came in shopping for new vehicle and brought up used vehicle with 6000 Miles on it and dealership would only give me $500 discount for being used. Incompetent using computer to get car pricing. Rude. Keep telling me to hold off on any questions. Price continuously changed and final price was hidden till I checked out at finance. Finance person very rude when I questioned charges (Aaron). Took 7 hours to purchase car and get out of dealership and I was paying cash so no finance questions or reviews needed. Will never purchase vehicle from them again. Should have learned my lesson when previous vehicle from same dealership purchased in 2006 and had 8 recalls and service center sucked. Have since called Aaron to find out tag renewing on my deceased husbands birthday and not mine when I am the only title owner of new vehicle purchased. Will see if he ever calls me back More
