The Service Center is their MVP thanks to Angela I have a 14’ tundra which has been running rough to say the least. I scheduled my appointment (which was so easy) and brought my truck in. The service advisor Angela was very receptive and understanding to my problem. She told me she would get to the bottom of what has been going on with my truck as others in the past have not. Not only is Angela caring and understanding of the customers needs but she is what makes this service center! I believe having people such as herself is what separates the mediocre service centers from the great ones. If I were to build a team/company I would do so by taking like minded people such as Angela and build around them as my core. Not only was the problem solved with why the truck was running rough, but she assisted me in getting a great rental (18’ Tundra); and she also took me to meet the technician who found the problem showing me every step of the way what was being done. Every encounter I have ever had with Angela has always been professional and made me feel special. As I only have ever used Toyota to service my vehicle I have witnessed Angela’s professionalism on many occasions. Excellent Experience!!! I went in to get my oil change. However, the service representative Frank Rosa informed me there was an error on my sticker and my oil change was not I went in to get my oil change. However, the service representative Frank Rosa informed me there was an error on my sticker and my oil change was not due. Then he informed me it was time for my 5000 mile tire rotation. I informed Mr. Rosa that I have to leave for work by 12pm. Mr. Rosa had my car completed around 11:45 am and informed me that I had one free tire rotation left. He was professional, honest and caring...I mean his customer service skills were outstanding. I left paying $0 because he took the time to review my warranties and spotted the error of when my next oil service is due. Words can't express my gratitude for Frank Rosa's customer service. More

Very poor and unreliable We lurchased a used car over Memorial Day weekend. There were a couple of items that needed parts ordrered and repaired. When we took our vehicle bac We lurchased a used car over Memorial Day weekend. There were a couple of items that needed parts ordrered and repaired. When we took our vehicle back in to have parts installed only 1 part was ready...they being the parts department did not realize that one of the parts comes in original color and has to be painted to match the color of the vehicle..we were advised they wpd have it painted and maol the part to us to install ourselves amd that we epuld have it in a few days...a week went buy and when we called to find out where the part was we were told that it had not even been sent tp body shop to be painted yet...and now another week...are you freaking kidding me!!!! More
