Wonderful Customer Service and Honest Sales person I had done my research and had gone to at least 3 other dealerships who were not honest nor helpful. II was so ready to give up when I called Mario and told him what had happened, I told him what I was looking for and what price I wanted to pay. He said come over I will give you what you want and the payments you want. I was very impressed with Mario Canal, because he was so honest and did what he said he was going to do. I was so refreshing to see that there are some honest people left out there that still are ethical. I would recommend a friend or family to him. More
After a twenty year plus relationship with this dealership, I found out today that they sold me what I thought was a brand new set of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires for my Tacoma in January of 14'. Turns out the tires I found out today that they sold me what I thought was a brand new set of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires for my Tacoma in January of 14'. Turns out the tires had been sitting around since 2012 and now have dry rot and will need to be replaced soon, I'm in the last stages of the yellow warning chart now. Only 30K miles on them and they said there is nothing they can do for me and the dry rot is normal. Maybe this is normal and normal procedure for a car dealership but I thought I was buying brand new tires and I was not and they never said a thing to me, Sears clued me in and maybe just maybe two years would make a difference. It was in their Brandon shop just 4 weeks ago and had a tire rotation, they said nothing about any dry rot or that they would need replacing soon. If your thinking about buying something from this dealer, please think again, if this isn't deceptive, then I don't know what is. 20 years plus with these guys and this is how they will treat you. I am beyond discouraged and disappointed. That is the world we live in today, cheat your neighbor and customer. 😢 More

Rodney was very professional, ve This week my wife and I went to your dealership as the first stop in our search for a new car. We met Rodney Fillers. Rodney was very professional, very courteous, and very helpful, especially after my wife decided that the car I had picked out ahead of time, (Camry SE), almost made her sick to her stomach. We continued to look and my wife found a Camry XLE, that she liked, however I felt that it might have been slightly out of reach for us. Rodney did not panic, took us out for a test drive, and my wife was hooked. The rest of the process was just as nice and easy, especially Leo in finance. Needless to say, we got an exceptional deal, and bought the car then and there. The only bad experience I had in this whole ordeal was calling the other two dealers in the area that I had made an appointment with, (to compare prices) in order to cancel the appointments.
