We bought Sienna and later we bought Prius & Rav4 only because of Frank Rosa. I have seen Frank Rosa without a genuine,pleasant friendly smile and very calm energetic attitude. Since I have known him from 2002 from Stadium Toyota days I have never ever seen him being frustrated with the customers, his team mates, subordinates or anyone. He has a solution for any problem and for every customer. Whether he was the Vice-President of spares & service at Stadium Toyota or the Manger of service here at Courtesy Toyota, he is of the same steady friendly, simple, humble and very pleasant positive attitude all the time. I can simply say he is the greatest asset to Toyota USA, and I can only advise Toyota to not leave him even if is retired. Keeping him in the dealership office itself is enough to attract customers because of his electrifying, energetic positive attitude. This is not an exaggeration but a very personal, professional observation of me for the last 16 years, as a medical doctor. More
