Rude rude rude When we first got there, our sales rep seemed helpful, but then when we sat at his desk and he spelled the word courtesy wrong when searching on googl When we first got there, our sales rep seemed helpful, but then when we sat at his desk and he spelled the word courtesy wrong when searching on google, the name of the company he works for, we knew we were in for an interesting experience. He ended up getting us a fair price which we then got sent to a manager Leonardo. He was MUCH better and got us a little bit better of a deal. From the start we told both of them that we had to go see a friend at another dealer that we promised we’d at least visit, and after having to repeat that 7 or 8 times, we finally left. We then got a text message while we were signing papers at the other dealership that gave us the best deal because of our friend, and we got a message that was so rude, both of ours and the sales rep at the other dealerships jaws dropped. He was talking about how he shouldn’t have even pursued a deal with us in the first place because we bought a car we didn’t want only because it was a friend. Never even visiting Courtesy Toyota again. More

Even though the service department was short a tec About a week ago I went into Courtesy Toyota’s service department without a scheduled appointment. Even though the service department was short a technician that day, it did not take long for them to figure out how to squeeze me in. The Assistant Service Manager, Vincent, asked me if I was okay waiting since I did not have an appointment. Once I indicated that waiting was no problem, Vincent grabbed the bull by the horns and made me feel like I was the most important customer at the dealership and that my little car would be treated like a limousine. I went into the waiting area and poured a cup of coffee. Prepared to wait, I was only three sips into my coffee when Vincent came to advise me that my car was finished!! I have never received service like that at a dealership. Thank you Vincent, your service department shines! More
