The website was detailed and easy to navigate. It was easy for me to find a lot of replacement parts to make my Tacoma look as new as the day I bought it. Parts arrived quickly and packaged well. don't bother making an appointment I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. T I had an appointment one Friday morning about 3 weeks ago for my new car's first service (@4500mi). Showed up and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. Turned into 2.25 hours. "We have people who just show up, so we take them as they come." Then why make an appointment -- followed by broad perplexed faces. I saw them take the car in at the 2 hour mark, so they did the work in 15 minutes. I didn't get a copy of the work they did, nor did they turn off the 5000-mile "service reminder" alert, which is now always on since the car rolled over 5000 last week. More

Don't buy a car here We were looking for a new Toyota. We have had Toyotas before and love the Highlander, so this should have been easy. We were shown only one car, not e We were looking for a new Toyota. We have had Toyotas before and love the Highlander, so this should have been easy. We were shown only one car, not even able to walk through the lot to see what else there might have been available to us. We felt the one car they showed us was overpriced, it already had over 400 miles on the odometer, and it had features we didn't particularly need. When we could not come to terms on price, the manager stood up, and ceremoniously ripped up the contract in front of us. This was insulting and rude. We left, having felt we were 'dismissed.' Interestingly, the sales people called us three times later trying to bring us back to negotiate a new deal. Why would I go back there and risk another scene? No sale! We went to another dealership and bought a beautiful 2016 Highlander with only 4 miles on it. Don't insult your customer, don't make customers feel miserable making a huge purchase. More
