We have always dreaded going in car dealers to buy a vehicle. However, I must say beyond a doubt that our experience at Courtesy Toyota was truly delightful!! I would probably have scored a 5 for this dealership except for one thing...after making a deal on a car and providing a deposit, and then selling our car to a private buyer, we were told that our new c except for one thing...after making a deal on a car and providing a deposit, and then selling our car to a private buyer, we were told that our new car was sold to someone else and to get another in the same color would take 2 weeks. We settled on a different color because we could not go 2 weeks without a car. Having said that, we are happy with our car and with the overall experience of working with Courtesy Toyota. Hank Keller was great. He even came in on his day off to make delivery to us on the day we chose to pick up our new car. More

This was buy far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I did my homework, walked in with a deal in mind, and got exactly what I asked for with very little "haggling" over the price. The people at Courtesy Toyota were great. I have never been treated so nice at a dealership before. They seemed less concerned about selling me a car, and more about what would be right for me. The service is excellent. They even allowed me to test drive the car and take it home with me with no obligation to purchase it. If you want an experience where you are not pressured into something and don't want the hassle of "typical" dealerships, then I recommend Courtesy Toyota and David Errity as highly as possible. More
