Kris is an extremely friendly young man and he was able to ultimately answer all of my questions. At one point, he wasn't sure of the answer but made it his business to get it for me. It took me several to ultimately answer all of my questions. At one point, he wasn't sure of the answer but made it his business to get it for me. It took me several days to make up my mind. Each time I went back to Toyota, Kris was ready to take me out to try different cars and was never impatient with me. The price I paid for the car was very satisfactory. I would gladly recommend Courtesy Toyota and Kris Basanta as well. Norma Toman More

Very rude attitude. Always want to cheat and play trick with customer. Plan to buy a camry initially. The dealer Steve let us wait for 20 min even we already made an appointment with us. Then we were talking about the price, the manager Jeremy broke into the room and took the paper off which shocked us a lot. He did not even introduced himself to us and we did not even know when he arrived outside and ear-dropped us. How terrible this behavior. We doubted if they had been educated. Why Toyota hired them without consideration. Feel shamed on them. More

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Courtesy. I did not feel hasselled or pressured to buy anything. My old car basically died at the dealership, so buying a car seemed the best option. Even though it was my first car buying experience ever and they could have potentially "got" me for way more money, they were kind and matter of fact about what I needed or did not need in terms of a car. I am very happy with my purchase so far and look forward to dealing with the folks at Courtesy Toyota in the future. More

Appointments should be seen before drop ins. Wait is sometimes too long. SERVICEMEN ARE VERY FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE. Service dept should offer free car wash with service.
