The person I was in contact with was Robert Castellano, when he found out that I had purchased from another dealer, he became very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. I have been in the customer service business for over thirty years and if any of my fellow employees treated a customer the way Mr Castallano treated me, they would be fired immediatly. We are new to Florida and needed to buy a new Prius V. We discovered Courtesy from their response to an inquiry we made with USAA buying service. They offered a sizable guaranteed discount. The trouble was we wanted the package 5 with the advanced tech package and that was very hard to find. The team spent over a week working on securing a car for us and had one transferred. There were onlt 3 in the state that met our requirements and the other dealers were reluctant to let them go. Actually only one dealer would. After all the hassel, Courtesy still honored the original discount. When we came in to test drive and pay for the car, they were very efficient and didn't try to upsell us anything else. We also received a detailed lesson on how to use all the features, which were quite extensive. We know it took a team effort to make this happen and are very happy with the professional service we received. This is a very respectable dealer with the right attitude. Thank you! More
