I called back a while ago. Did not get a response from Mr. Kelley. Instead, I got a call from Nate Auvil who took note of the situation and was willing to make it up to me. I was waiting for a call back as promised but I had to make a call 2 weeks later with Nate asking me about what the problem was. Your own service representative can’t take note of a simple issue and forgets to call back. Also, he forgot the whole issue ever happened? It’s not only Nate. For some reason, your staff tends to forget everything to shift blame back onto the customer. It’s as if they are being trained to act stupid instead of being accountable for their mistakes.
