I usually have a good experience with Courtesy Toyota however I got misquoted twice on my service. I accepted to have all recommend service that day and the first text was wrong and once I got to the dea however I got misquoted twice on my service. I think it may have been the service tech. I won’t deal with him again. It was corrected but I feel it could have been avoided with alittle attention to detail especially when I was spending over $700 in service! Get your quotes right before I say YES to everything. More
Lied to from time I entered, was misquoted prices, they NEVER returned phone calls with in same day, even though I was told twice in same day they would call back after next customer. Was lent a rental car to be called back and told to return it because they sold it, yet they didn't give me another which forced me to get my own. Completely worst dealer I've been to in the 15+ years I've had a toyota. My service was so poor I had to report them to corporate, which I'm wondering if they will do anything either. More
I would give them a ZERO if I could! We had a deal and a deposit on a vehicle yesterday and they sold it out from under us!!!!! Jerks!!!! And they kept our $500!! This is my 2nd time buying a new car at this dealership. Both times, I was very please with my salesman. I just purchased my 2nd car which was a 2025 Camry Hybrid. Wasn’t really looking to buy another car, Both times, I was very please with my salesman. I just purchased my 2nd car which was a 2025 Camry Hybrid. Wasn’t really looking to buy another car, but Creighton Wes really made my decision very easy. I’m very pleased to purchase this car. The finance paperwork was handled by Jorge and I must say that I feel that Creighton and Jorge both went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue to recommend all my family and friends to purchase their new vehicles at Courtesy Toyota. I’m a very happy customer. Keep up the great job. More

The sales process was spectacular. I was told I could wait and told it would tak 1.5 hrs. A little lengthy but not horrible. They even have a “track your service” link. After 1 hr my truck still hasn’t progressed past check in sonI texted the advisor. I had to be out in the 1.5 hrs promised. He stated that he spoke with the director and could not possibly get me out in the promised time. I had to leave so he pulled it back around for me. The advisor was very apologetic and professional but I just wasted an hour. I don’t understand how you get so backed up by 11:40am. After all, 5k service is basically just a tire rotation. Lots of tech in this facility but very disappointing for a 1st visit. More
