This dealership is the worst, 15k trade-in for a car that has a low trade in value of 21k and then you sold for 24k after advertising for 26k. And I have sales “consultant” say you don’t use Bluebook, blackbook or car fax when figuring the trade,, of course you don’t. Funny, you push carfax value and bluebook value like a drug when selling the car. Teach your sales people what apples to apples actual means and not to blatantly lie to the customer about features, especially to the elderly. My mother still does not have a new car because of lies. Still doesn’t have her old car paid off since she signed the release of it on the 3rd of Nov, today is the 25th, hope you had a happy thanksgiving,,, and now has late fee and credit hit because of pure incompetence that could have been avoided. Left messages with no return call. You sales “consultant”, knowing my mother wanted my approval before buying lied to get my approval. I asked apples to apples 3 times during our conversation and got yes. I stated car “paid off in full” also told yes.. Yet behold, my 82 year old, fixed income mother that has nothing but here car was missing everything she needed on it, like the one you stiffed her on in the trade.. I would have paid the 2200 you wanted to get her car back on the 7th if my mother wasn’t in this crap dealership upset and crying with pressure lying sales rep stating it was a bad idea to do so. “I wouldn’t have had to deal with this dealership.” And most likely would have been better off. And wouldn’t have to hear a sales rep tell me a conversation is going in circles, This dealership caused the circle talk with the lies. If you would have been up front from the start, we would not be at this point. And when the GM says call me, answer the phone, or at least call back. This is my mothers 6th Toyota, will be her last and my last. If a light bulb would have went off that she was dealing with Courtesy, I would have instantly told her no, unfortunately i was in the process of buying my last Toyota.. FixIt! Work on your documentation also, haven’t spelt my mothers name right yet, and 4 different email addresses with not a one correct.. Also, for a finance manager to tell My Mother to not worry about what her son thinks You buying the car…… Obviously, You should change you slogan to.. "Our Happiness is our Bottom Line!" More

To all the new car shoppers out there, there are plenty of other dealers who aren't attempting to screw potential customers over, so please take your business elsewhere! And this goes out to the sales team at Courtesy Toyota (name doesn't fit BTW), you should be ashamed of yourselves for attempting to take advantage of the hard working men and women of this country! As if the high inflation wasn't bad enough, but the increase in interest rates makes it nearly impossible for someone to finance a vehicle at MSRP, let alone a 25% MARKUP! Oh and BTW, I have an email chain that I will be forwarding to Toyota Corporate HQ to report "Courtesy" Toyota's unethical practices. My service advisor knowingly double-charged labor on a repair. My service advisor didn't respond to texts and phone messages regarding a different overcharge, requiring me to drive back to the dealership repair. There are plenty of reputable, honest local repair shops that utilize parts that are as good or better than those from the dealership (like the drive belt installed by Courtesy Toyota that didn't last tow years or 13,000 miles)., with labor rates less than $175/hr. and that don't double charge.
