We made an appointment only for a oil change. I made it to arrive early when the service department opened first thing at 7:30 am.. It turned out to be three an one half hours. A Bit of an extreme don't you think? No apologies, nothing but we got busy. Courtesy Toyota was the tenth Toyota dealership I called to compare prices. Creighton West was the most professional and efficient of all the salespeople I spoke to. He understood what I was looking for a to compare prices. Creighton West was the most professional and efficient of all the salespeople I spoke to. He understood what I was looking for and sent me an official OTD quote immediately. Since the price was also very attractive, we concluded the deal in the next half an hour.
