Went in 20 minutes early for oil change and 1:5 hours later my 4Runner was still parked in sane spot. The service advisor said it would be ready in 1 hour but made the excuse the computer system was down later my 4Runner was still parked in sane spot. The service advisor said it would be ready in 1 hour but made the excuse the computer system was down, I told him I wanted my keys and was leaving then another advisor said he was sorry and they would expedite the service! 20 minutes later I saw my truck beside building, the original service advisor said they only rotated my tires, and not the other 2 services I asked for!
