I arrived early for my 10:40 service appointment regarding the rear axle recall inspection on my 2023 Tacoma. After three hours in the waiting room I sought out my service rep on the status of my truck. He informed me that my truck had not yet been looked at and I could either wait or schedule another appointment for a later date. I decided to wait. About an hour later I was informed the inspection was complete, finding no issue with my truck. While driving home I became aware that the hood had not been fully late latched. Thankfully I noticed the improperly latched hood before getting in the interstate. I’d rate my visit as a 1 out of 5, 1 being the lowest. Lack of customer service for not providing periodic updates (I had to ask the status after waiting three hours) and lack of attention to detail regarding the improperly latched hood. Thankfully a safety incident was averted. I would not recommend the dealership to friends or family. More
The service visit was regarding my right front speaker that made a crackling sound since the purchase a year ago. After the third visit, they finally heard the same sound that I had been hearing during ba that made a crackling sound since the purchase a year ago. After the third visit, they finally heard the same sound that I had been hearing during bass playing of music---the first time. Or that it wasn't a "loose screw" as the remedy---the second time. So, they told me they needed to order a new speaker. Time passed and I wondered why I hadn't heard from them about the back ordered speaker---so I called them. The service advisor called me back after he checked on the status of the part and told it was there. All I needed to do was to make an appointment. Since I was driving, I went online to make the appointment. I made the appointment online a few days later since I was going out of town. Unfortunately, when I came in to my appointment this past Wednesday. I sat for two hours in the waiting area, later receiving two texts messages. A standard one stating my vehicle was ready; second one saying "Speaker was not in stock. Looks like it was never ordered. It will be here the Friday...!" Receivimg a message like that on the fourth visit for the same issue after a year of ownership---didn't sit well with me. The Service Advisor told me that "You know the parts are sold or returned to stock after 30 days." How am I supposed to know that? It wasn't mentioned when I called after several weeks of not hearing about the part, to see if it had arrived! Nevertheless, after my inappropriate language with the Service Advisor I displayed (because of my disgust of the "customer service" process and the cavalier explanation of why the part wasn't there by his Service Manager Supervisor---repeating the same 30 day rule! I was just bewildered by the lack of process through customer. Did anyone check the history of the ordered part---even though the original Service Advisor wasn't there?? Why don't they have some type of automated notification ("snail mail at best) system to advise when a part arrives---and expiration date. Or should I just call everyday to see that it comes in?? I asked to be made "whole" for my time I lost. The service .manager offered me a rental car. My.speaker was busted---not my car. A free oil change after warranty expiration would have been satisfactory. But, some only see only so far. More

The customer service and environment at this dealership is phenomenal! I have only been using them to service my car for about 5 years and bought my last 2 vehicles there. This last service appointment th is phenomenal! I have only been using them to service my car for about 5 years and bought my last 2 vehicles there. This last service appointment there was a catastrophe. My cars engine stopped right after I left. A part had broken. The customer service for how they handled this was award winning! The receptionist, my service advisor, two mechanics and their boss reacted quickly and caring. I left questioning how that part broke but didn’t ask just appreciative that it was fixed without an additional cost and I got to go home. However I’m noticing a new sound in my engine that wasn’t there prior to this service being done. I have not contacted the dealership because I have a phobia the more I let everyone touch my car the more new problems it will have. But I hear that noise everyday and feel frustrated. I have left routine maintenance twice with my engine losing power because something wasn’t done correctly during service. They never get my tire pressure balanced correctly. It does seem they try to get as many cars in as possible which puts pressure on these technicians to work fast which could be a cause for these types of errors. We all make mistakes! But leaving my dealership for routine maintenance 4x for my car to have issues after seems like a lot. Once it was an engine setting. Once it was something not done to a new battery. I’m pretty sure when my brakes were done 2 service visits ago they missed a step because I mentioned they were squeaking to my service advisor this last visit and they haven’t squeaked since so they must have lubricated them. Then this visit some random piece broke a block away from the dealership after maintenance shutting the engine off.. I didn’t complain about all this before but the way a review is pushed I’m sharing my honest review thoughts. Again my service advisor Craig Berkowicz and all the staff have phenomenal customer service!!!! But the technicians quality of work needs work.i don’t like to be a complainer but I notice detail that will bother me. More
