Went in for oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, and to clear a computer error message. Checked in by Nano. Told it would be 2 and a half hours, even though I had an appointment. He was able to speed to clear a computer error message. Checked in by Nano. Told it would be 2 and a half hours, even though I had an appointment. He was able to speed it up, which was awesome. When I got my car back, one of the wheel covers wasn't fully on. Par for the course here. On the way home, I found out they hadn't cleared the computer error, and when I got home discovered that hadn't changed the wipers. So, I had to make a second trip and waste 3 and a half hours of my day off. This is tied with my worst experience at Courtesy Toyota. I've been going there for 11 years, and bought 5 cars there, but the service never fails to disappoint. More
