They offer to take your used vehicle with high repair costs and sell you a new vehicle. I was presented with an estimate of 2k for things that shouldn't have cost more than maybe a couple hundred. I am a very experienced technician know when I'm being screwed. Take your vehicle somewhere else, do not sell them your reliable vehicle because they tell you your not going to be able to afford it.
