I was very pleased with the my Sienna purchasing experience. Pros: Service completed as requested, customer amenities were very adequate, and my service manager was very kind, considerate, and helpful. Cons: Foul language, loud environment, and just impossible to work in. Upon arriving and as I waited for someone to check me in, one of the service reps kept cursing and cursing as part of his casual conversation. While I’m not a prude, I do not find this to be very unprofessional. Once I entered the customer lounge area, it was quite loud with multiple TVs, blaring multiple movies. Within the first few minutes of being in the area, I saw several things that were not appropriate on the TVs for an all age audience. Since I had to come during my work time, I was attempting to complete some work while waiting in the area, but due to the extreme volume of the TVs and multiple salesman yelling across the area, it was virtually impossible. I did query about a quiet room to be able to take a conference call and was directed to the mother’s room. Upon entering the mother’s room, the music was so loud that there was no way I could take a call in there. Thankfully, the children’s room was empty And I was able to sit in the very small chairs and complete my conference call in there. The scheduling process was online, which was fine, but I did not realize it was still a first come, first serve type of situation. I had to wait in upwards of 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable. As far as I can tell, the service was completed as requested. Again, my specific service rep was very nice. Overall, this was not a great experience. I will most likely find a different dealer next time. More
