Took 3. 5 hours for oil change and 2 new tires. Was not kept informed of progress. My salesman used what I considered high pressure to try and get me to buy a 5 hours for oil change and 2 new tires. good afternoon, I had taken my time to do this survey because I was really very upset, but now with a cool head I commented on my experience in this deeler, I have frequented it in recent months because because I was really very upset, but now with a cool head I commented on my experience in this deeler, I have frequented it in recent months because I live in riverview and it is the closest but now I prefer apathy drive more after my experience, I took my truck for an oil change and in the service they detected an important damaged part called the passenger Axel which was liquidizing grease. They offered me to replace it with a new one for almost 1300 dollars which at the time I rejected it because I was not prepared for that expense. I started to think why, having a Toyota truck, is this part going to be damaged so quickly and if so, why doesn't Toyota assume this damage? That's what I asked myself. so I consulted my GPS and found another one called Gettel stadium Toyota which they explained to me that Toyota has a 5-year 60 thousand mile warranty which conditions that my vehicle was in the range, which I felt relieved since they helped me and they replaced the part without paying a single dollar, then he asked me why Toyota courtesy of Brandon didn't explain this to me from the beginning well I think their intentions were not good they just wanted to collect the money, so from now on I'm going to drive and you take my Toyota vehicles even further to do my future services so thank you for nothing More
