Went for warrantied battery service, but instead of a swift battery replacement experience, the process took 90 minutes. The onerous process of check in and text message delivery of car status is, honestly, overkill for a mundane service such as this. This makes it so that I would definitely consider alternatives to a dealership for service like this. I had called in advance about this service and was told by Nano that it was easily done “while you wait”. So I took my car during my lunch hour, expecting a 20-30 minute experience but an hour and a half is what it became. Nano did not recommend making an appointment when I initially called. More
