I came to Brandon Toyota because my driver side window isn’t going up or down. My friend, who is a licensed mechanic and owns his own shop, had put a new motor and switch in for my window already. I told this to the manager at Toyota upon dropping my car off to fix. They came back telling me I needed a new motor and regulator and wanted to charge me $1300 to fix. I told them I already replaced the motor, and they told me “that’s what our technician found and suggested”. So here’s the breakdown- they lied to me, were going to replace a $20 fuse, and put in a new motor and regulator that isn’t needed so that they could hustle me for $1300. Do NOT bring your business to these crooks! Like most car dealerships, they lack honesty and integrity. More

The product specialist did a real awesome job thru the whole process. The financial service manager was very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable with the sales pitch of trying to sell us a warranty.
