I purchased a used Camaro from here. My salesman was Roger Mukherjee. I highly recommend Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. ask for Roger for sure. i have bought many vehicles during my life, and not once have I ever had such an excellent experience than I did here. They dont do the high pressure sales, and the finance department obviously bends over backswords to get the best deal for you. They also dont add any of those "addendums" like the so called buyer return, or paint coating or whatever that they tack on 5-10k on the sticker price. None of that at this dealer. They are straight arrows and dont hide stuff to spring on you later when they think you are vulnerable and sold on the car no matter what. I live in Atlanta but would be more than willing to travel to Brandon if I ever am looking at another vehicle without hesitation. More

*ATTENTION ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY*. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM COURTESY TOYOTA OF BRANDON. I purchased a vehicle on March 2023 as a military service member currently stationed overse DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM COURTESY TOYOTA OF BRANDON. I purchased a vehicle on March 2023 as a military service member currently stationed overseas (out of state). I presented them with the affidavit for Service members claiming an exemption from Florida Sales Tax and the Affidavit for initial registration fee exemption. Despite multiple conversations with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager, I was assured and Promised; this would be reimbursed through the state tax collector and/or DMV. Beyond 30 days, I still do not have my TAG / Registration. The Florida DMV will not honor TAX reimbursement as this was supposed to be done at the dealership. Despite numerous phone calls and attempts to recontact any manager, It has been over 48 hours since a phone call has been returned. The negligence to policy and customers from Courtesty Toyota directly reflects managerial leadership and attention to detail. Due to the ignorance of state and federal policies, I would not recommend this dealership to any military member or veteran. More
