My over all experience from the sale rep greeting me to walking out was very good. I visited courtesy Toyota of Brandon multiple times within a week and never once ask if i need help or , if anyone wa walking out was very good. I hope CTB revisit this area, as i was greeted by three staff ( front desk, sales, and a staff at another Toyota hours prior. This is not a individual rating as the rep i came in contact with was great. This is not my first experience with this courtesy Toyota of Brandon., I had purchase my first car from them early 2000 before the new renovation . I will definitely recommend the sale rep. Bryan, M who went above and beyond ,stayed pass his shift to ensure to get me a vehicle... The only regret i have on this visit at the time informed , the Rav4 XLE was not on the lot and was 2-3 weeks away, and no way to get a rental/loaner after hours in order to get home.. More

Whatever you do, take your vehicle elsewhere. Single-handedly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership has easily been this one. I bought a 2021 Camry XLE Hybrid. It's a beautiful, lo Single-handedly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership has easily been this one. I bought a 2021 Camry XLE Hybrid. It's a beautiful, lovely vehicle that I baby and plan to keep until 150k+ miles. A family member unfortunately hit a pothole which threw the alignment off, no big deal I thought and took it back to the dealer for repair. A "simple" alignment took me 2 visits and countless headaches, and it still does not drive the way it did before. On the first visit I got the vehicle back and it still drifted to the right even after the alignment, I had not choice but to drive it like that for another week, and had to take it back to get it redone. On the second attempt, not only is it worse then it was before, it now pulls to the left, the steering is now much heavier than it ever has been, like they tightened some part of the suspension beyond factory spec. It is astonishing that they cannot get an alignment correctly. Secondly, they ripped us off on the price of the vehicle. After stating they would be giving us the car for the $35K, the price we agreed on, we did the paperwork and they slipped in the original asking price, above the MSRP mind you, of $38K. For a place that claimed to value honestly, they were not very honest about that. Under no circumstance will I be coming back here ever again, and would not recommend this dealer. I love my Toyota, and have no complaints with it, however the scummy nature of this place leaves me second guessing my choice. More
I had my truck serviced here on 10/09/2021 because my engine light and trac off light was on , on my dash. I travel alot and i brought it to different places before i got sick of it not being fixed. So i took it here now i had spent over 2500 dollars already at the other places now i brought it here. Different codes but similar meaning oxygen sensor , air flow sensor , fuel sensor , injector cleaning or leaks so anyway i took it here on 9th and they said they can get part and have done on 11th i said ok i rented a car for the week because i travel for work. Courtesy called me on the 10th about 11am saying it was done i said you said the 11th , i said i could have just waited and left late on monday to ha e my truck and not rent a vehicle for the week they said they got the part earlier than expected i said ok , i said i wont be back until friday can you guys detail my truck on the outside only they said no they only do that on purchased cars but it says they do wash vehicles that get serviced but they said no i get my truck friday and there is grease hand prints all around the hood and fenders and drivers door. I drove my truck to a couple places over weekend and it was fine but on my way to miami on monday the 18th the light came back on so i called and they said they could see me tuesday morning i said fine but work cant be done until saturday because of work they said ok. I saw frank the service manager on tuesday he had it checked and said he would have a rental for me. Well i get to courtesy today they didnt know about rental and didnt have a rental suitable for me. They called enterprise and they didnt either. So i said i cant just wait arounf i have things planned and this was one but promised a rental. So now i still have to wait to get my truck fixed i hope someone will call me when they have it worked out. All this headache is killing me , i wish people would communicate so things dont get this bad More
Great experience with the sales team, 5 stars for the salesman! The negative review is for the finance team. We dealt with Nurbina on a slow Wednesday morning a couple weeks ago, but it looks like from salesman! The negative review is for the finance team. We dealt with Nurbina on a slow Wednesday morning a couple weeks ago, but it looks like from other reviews all the people from the finance department are doing this so it seems like they are trained/ instructed to: Must read before buying any vehicle: Be very careful and double check all the paperwork and numbers!! Search for "car loan calculator" on google (you can do this on your smart phone) and type in your loan amount, interest rate, and loan period and it will give you what your monthly payment is going to be. Make sure that on all your paperwork and especially the final paperwork that the loan amount and monthly payment matches! Don't believe their excuses for why it is not matching, it will match 100% or you're getting ripped off. 1. They push you to purchase the extended warranty and maintenance packages. DO NOT fall for this. Do NOT purchase any of these packages. 2. They tried to say that my monthly payments will be decreased and they will give me a lower interest rate to compensate for the package, but just demand that you get the same lower interest rate without the package. They will do it for sure otherwise it is unethical. 3. I'm fine with them trying to sell me packages, that's normal at any dealership, but then they were totally out of line. After declining the packages, when signing the final paperwork we noticed the monthly payment was slightly off by $45 (We almost missed it), But if we didn't catch it, $45 x 63 payments= $2,835 so I would have ended up spending that much extra regardless even if I paid it off early! They snuck in the extended maintenance package into the final payment even after we declined it. 4. Here is where it is completely unethical, they are very tricky. They make you sign on the extended warranty paper listing all the packages saying you decline it, but in actuality you are signing in one of the columns for one of the packages. After we caught the mistake on the final paperwork then they went back and wrote next to our signature on the maintenance packages "customer declined package" so make sure they write that on there when you are signing it the first time (or better yet you should write that) otherwise they WILL try to slip it in. 5. If you absolutely want the extended warranty or any of the packages (A waste of money in my opinion) You can buy them outside the dealership at a later time at a fraction of the price. All in all we got a great car at the price we wanted and we were fortunate to catch their unethical practices, but buyer beware we wanted to share our experience so other customers do not get taken advantage of. Remember, at the end of the day minor increases in your payments can really affect your finances in the future. Think long term. You can end up with $1000s extra to put towards your next vehicle. More
