NOTY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Bought a used Prius from here, was lied to by the salesman after during negotiations after 5 Hours. Didn't catch lie till after. Recieved safety report that car was safe. 3 months later tires are falling apart, according to Courtesy it is a manufactuory defect, not their problem. According to their report they did a tire alignment of vehicle, also needed a lot of other work, have their text documented what they said needed doing. If vehicle needs all this work done inside of three months, what did they do with vehicle before they certified it as preowned. According to CarFax the last time tires were put on vehicle was in 2016. So they sold me a vehicle with 4 defective tires. Left out of office yesterday with request that The General Manager or someone in charge call me. Receptionist took my name and number also my wifes number. We just use cell phones, still have heard nothing from them. Replaced tires myself for safety reasons More

They delivered in dark on purpose. took vehicle to my local Toyota the next day. Needed 4 tires, rear brakes, alignment, wipers, fluid, deep gouges on roof, plus other mechanical work. None of which was disclosed by courtesy. They had to pay to fix all items which took over a week to complete. More

That and the discounts for military plus the programs they had put the price where we wanted it. So, after a process, these things always take time, we drove out with a 2019 RAV4. More

I understand it will only get better when the old building is demo'd and becomes parking for a greatly increased stock of vehicles. Service advisors and technicians are always courteous and friendly, and technicians are trained and experienced. Here is an example of my satisfaction with Toyota: My 2009 Tacoma TRD developed somewhat loosened steering after some years of some hard use on northern logging roads. A well respected local independent service business told me some parts were needed and the overall estimate was pricey. Toyota informed me that the Tacoma had an adjustment for that on its TRD models, which ended up costing me about $79.00. My experience with Courtesy Toyota and four Toyota vehicles has been all good for ten years now, and they always guarantee their work. More
