Brought in my 2010 Prius for an oil change and tire rotation and full inspection. The car needed additional work. I was given a timeline, which was kept and I was pleased with the work. So much for the free oil change when purchasing a new car. Avoid this place at all cost. Almost $300.00 for the oil change and alignment that I was shocked that I need on a car with under 10k miles. Worst service I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Arrived 10mins. early for an Appointment. Told them I would be in the lounge. Over 2hrs latter I receive a message that it was going in for service. Arrived 10mins. early for an Appointment. Told them I would be in the lounge. Over 2hrs latter I receive a message that it was going in for service. An hour latter I receive a message that there were a couple of issues that they needed my approval to fix and they took it off the rack. So now I would have to wait for a vacant rack to fix at least one of the issues. Really! What is the purpose of making an appointment? More

WORST on-line scheduling tool for service EVER! No way to indicate if you want to wait for your vehicle. They assume you are dropping it off and they can keep it all day. Forced to select 5,000 or 10,000 mile service when all I wanted was the first 6 month free maintenance. The other Toyota dealerships have an on-line scheduling tool that is easy and accurate. Why can't this one be the same? More
