I Will continue my +20 year relationship with Courtesy Toyota of Brandon because of Julio "JR" Raimundo and Thomas Garner. I have had both great and not so great experiences with this service department Toyota of Brandon because of Julio "JR" Raimundo and Thomas Garner. I have had both great and not so great experiences with this service department but "JR" & Thomas always make it right. Their expertise, empathy, understanding and kindness make an unbelievable situation tolerable. I appreciate their hard work at getting my vehicle back on the road. More
The service to the car was great. What really pissed me off was your outdated computer system three years ago and about the car it came out the wing that I bought the car with so they What really pissed me off was your outdated computer system three years ago and about the car it came out the wing that I bought the car with so they serviced the car if I bought the wing, they will put on for free. OK the car was supposed to bring it but it didn’t so I had to pay for something I already paid for OK number two I need a loaner and they said that my license was suspended in the matter of fact it was not suspended come to find out. I had took two weeks of Uber because they had my car now I come up there this last weekend and three years later they still have an updated system saying that my license is suspended so I had to go to the DMV to get a proof that they’re not to come out of my day. Just trying to get a rental to deal with your dealership not happy at all the service car was above and beyond, but I canceled the initial service because of your outdated system that you use for loaners please update you will lose a custom. More
