The salesmen were fantastic. Not so happy with the trade-in offer from the sales manager though. Fantastic experience. Shelby is an amazing salesperson. She was both patient and supportive through the entire process. She kept us very informed through out the week between purchase and vehicle delivery, even coming in the evening of her day off to ensure the truck and accessories were on property and ready for us to take the delivery. We also bought a ton of dealer installed accessories that required subsequent vehicle drop off. She made sure we were in a comparable vehicle as a loaner for the 4 days they needed the truck to install everything. So helpful, so pleasant. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anyone else.
