Fantastic experience. Shelby is an amazing salesperson. She was both patient and supportive through the entire process. We test drove multiple vehicles before settling on Shelby is an amazing salesperson. She was both patient and supportive through the entire process. We test drove multiple vehicles before settling on one that wasnt on the lot yet. She kept us very informed through out the week between purchase and vehicle delivery, even coming in the evening of her day off to ensure the truck and accessories were on property and ready for us to take the delivery. We also bought a ton of dealer installed accessories that required subsequent vehicle drop off. She made sure we were in a comparable vehicle as a loaner for the 4 days they needed the truck to install everything. So helpful, so pleasant. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anyone else. Best buying experience I have had so far. More

The salesmen were fantastic. Not so happy with the trade-in offer from the sales manager though. Offered at least 5k less than fair trade value on a 2020 Silverado LTZ with only Not so happy with the trade-in offer from the sales manager though. Offered at least 5k less than fair trade value on a 2020 Silverado LTZ with only 27,000 miles and the only body damage was a couple of door dings (offered 28k for trade). Overall great experience but be very weary if you intend on trading a vehicle. More
