I wanted to give the Dealership a 5 star review, but I couldn't. Bought a Nice vehicle, Happy with that. 1. Was Promised Home delivery, that didn't happen. 2. I told the salesperson that the vehicle couldn't. Bought a Nice vehicle, Happy with that. 1. Was Promised Home delivery, that didn't happen. 2. I told the salesperson that the vehicle battery was weak and needed to be replaced, and He told me that it was tested and good, and that I had a free battery warranty. A week later the battery died and I found out that I didn't have a free battery warranty. Had to leave work early to take care of this. 3. They put the wrong temporary tag on our vehicle. 4. I left a couple of messages by phone and text to Finance and Sales that were not responded to. I called back a couple of days later and was able to talk to someone in Finance. Still haven't heard from my salesperson on an issue. Everyone was nice and pleasant to deal with on the day of the sale. It was after the sale that I feel that the dealership didn't perform as it should. More
