Customer service is not up to the dealerships in my area. For instance, I am from Salado which is about 1.5 hrs drive, dealerships in my area make you login on the app and unlock a door just to ensure that e For instance, I am from Salado which is about 1.5 hrs drive, dealerships in my area make you login on the app and unlock a door just to ensure that everything is functional for you, they sit with you while you call Onstar to get onboarded. None of these items were a priority. My points were not added to the app for over a week, I am 3 weeks in and my car is still not in the app, so I cannot purchase the items that I want with my points. There is a recall for the headrest in the 3rd row, when they wanted to schedule it to be fixed they are telling me that it is not something I can sit and wait for, I need to leave it. Am I supposed to pay an Uber to take me home 1.5 hrs? I will not be recommending this dealership. They also sent my deal to 8 companies for financing, so they could make more money on the back end, which cost me several points off of my credit score. They were not going to make enough from the ones that I have great credit with. I will be refinancing in 3 months. Garlyn Shelton's prices may be a little more, but the customer service is worth it.
