They are terrible at setting customer expectations. about cost and duration of needed service. Went in for a flat tire. Took all day and said simple puncture could not be repaired. David was so amazing to work with! We called asking about an Escalade ESV well after 6p. He got us pictures, video and got my car appraised site unseen with pics and info we shared. He also got numbers together that night so we could drive the next morning from Houston to Austin to sign the paperwork and drive our new vehicle home! We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive there to be able to work with David! We loved Armen our finance guy as well! We saw a Cadillac in Cargurus so we decided to visit the dealer. When we got there we came in waited for someone to come help us but no one came we were just standing there in the entrance. There was this g dealer. When we got there we came in waited for someone to come help us but no one came we were just standing there in the entrance. There was this girl there who passed by us 2 times and she didn’t even say anything she was in her phone and sat back to her desk. We decided to take a look outside since no one seemed eager to help us. When we were outside we looked around for 5 minutes approximately and the same girl came outside to ask us if we needed help but we refused since she saw us looking at the cars then she wanted to help us.
