Although i didnt need a ride from him , he was very respectful and able to answer all the questions i had via text. The car was exactly as he described so i ended up with the car a few days later. He knew exactly what I was looking for and kept in constant contact with me. He really listened to me and knew what to look for. Cory was awesome to work with, he was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions with respect and honesty. I am a woman and was really not looking forward to this process but, Cory made me feel like I could ask him anything and he took the time to explain the process to me and if he didn't know the answer he found out for me and always spoke to me with respect. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience here. He had the car I was interested in ready the minute we arrived; warmed and everything! He also was extremely patient and upfront with all the information about the car. I had lots of questions regarding safety due to a bad accident I experienced in my last vehicle. Cory immediately put my mind at ease and took all of the stress out of the process; I have been looking for a car since April of last year if that gives perspective. And as someone who works in the insurance industry and is evaluated on quality of customer service, I have to say Cory provided the best customer service I have ever seen.
