He had the car I was interested in ready the minute we arrived; warmed and everything! He also was extremely patient and upfront with all the information about the car. I had lots of questions regarding safety due to a bad accident I experienced in my last vehicle. Cory immediately put my mind at ease and took all of the stress out of the process; I have been looking for a car since April of last year if that gives perspective. And as someone who works in the insurance industry and is evaluated on quality of customer service, I have to say Cory provided the best customer service I have ever seen. I would recommend anyone to go see Cory at Covert Cadillac if in the market for a car. I cannot thank Cory enough for all his help in this process and for making the process so simple! Within minutes I received a fair offer from Cory R down I completed a Kelley Blue Book quote on my car, then submitted it for a Fair Purchase Price. Within minutes I received a fair offer from Cory R down at Covert Cadillac in North Austin. I took my car in and was given a fair price. I could of received a little more from a private sale. However, this cut out of hassle of meeting with potential buyers and saves lots of time. Deal was complete in 2 days with a clean title to turn over.
