Easiest way to sell a car!! Great customer service I completed a Kelley Blue Book quote on my car, then submitted it for a Fair Purchase Price. Within minutes I received a fair offer from Cory R down at Covert Cadillac in North Austin. I took my car in and was given a fair price. I could of received a little more from a private sale. However, this cut out of hassle of meeting with potential buyers and saves lots of time. Deal was complete in 2 days with a clean title to turn over. I had emailed him several days before asking if he had what I wanted and he sent me a list. I walked in a few mornings later and said I want the same car, same color, low mileage, and the best deal you can make with my trade-in and price of the car. He showed me one, I drove it, and said, "that's it." Bradley worked with the dealership to get me the best deal on my trade-in, then with the Finance department for best rate to finance my car. I will definitely be contacting Bradley in a couple years when I'm ready to trade in again! More

Very Nice Experience If you are planning to buy a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Covert Cadillac and speaking with Cory Rutherford before visiting anothe If you are planning to buy a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Covert Cadillac and speaking with Cory Rutherford before visiting another dealer. They have a very good selection of new and used vehicles, as a few other dealerships do, however, what sets Covert apart is that they give you a feeling of more than just selling cars. It's a comfortable atmosphere, they make sure you are comfortable while you are there, and Cory was excellent with the whole sales process. It was quick, straight forward, and I didn't have to go back and forth with what I had to do to get the vehicle I selected (no haggling). I told Cory which vehicle I wanted, I told him how much I wanted to put down, and he was honest and told me if he could make it work or if he couldn't. Bottom line, I got the vehicle I wanted for the price that I was comfortable paying, and I am satisfied. The paperwork part of signing for the car was very fast because it's all done electronically on an actual desk top electronic pad, I didn't spend, but maybe 15 minutes with Gary Fitzpatrick in Finance. If you make this your first stop for a new or used vehicle and speak with Cory, you probably won't visit another dealership. I will have my car serviced here in the future just because I believe the whole place will deal with you in a classy manner. Thank you, Cory and Gary for the easy car buying experience. More
