The whole process of communication and setting up time for test drive and ultimately buying the car was effortless. Roger was very flexible with a great smile. He provided me more information that I asked for which helped me and saved me lots of time (Carfax, cost comparison, market research ETCs). Throughout my experience I never felt like he was pushing me, which made me more comfortable working with Roger Ross. He was very respectful and people person.
