Who do I reach out to? This is just a number that asked for a prompt. I just would like my truck to be fixed. And not need to drop it off for an indefinite period of time, or at least be told when. I spoke to several people, several times, including service manager and head mechanic. Paid $1710 ($1600 labor) and yet to quote service summary, “Now A/C floor vents and chest vent selection is backwards.” Told to tear it all apart AGAIN and fix will be additional $4100 bc mechanics failed to check before putting it back together. Told A/C works if select defrost. To get defrost to work, will have to play with buttons. Will eventually break. Also told there was no way to know it was the box, yet a simple google search of issues pointed to the box and stated “without the proper experience level of the individual diagnosing the problem, the issue is difficult to isolate.” This appears to have been the case here.
